Dr. Boris Royak, a Founder, Co-President, and Chief Clinical Officer of ARC Health, is a licensed psychiatrist and a summa cum laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University. After graduating with dual degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science, he then completed Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and, subsequently, a residency training program at Brown University. He also completed a Visiting Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Duke University. Dr. Royak is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

In private practice since 2004, Dr. Royak co-founded ARC Psychiatry, a premier mental health group practice with several offices in Northeast Ohio, providing outpatient services including TMS, as well as servicing long-term care and substance use disorders treatment facilities. With 20 years of experience as a leader at healthcare systems, including directing programs at several hospitals and long-term care facilities, and as a corporate expert consultant, he provides mental health services in a variety of settings. His areas of focus include Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry.

When out of the office, Dr. Royak enjoys exploring new places, photography, and movies.

Dr. Amit Mohan, a Founder and Co-President of ARC Health, is board certified in adult psychiatry, sleep medicine, and addiction medicine. He completed his residency training and internship at the Mayo Clinic and subsequently did his fellowship in sleep medicine at the Cleveland Clinic. Additionally, he has completed a Visiting Fellowship in Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulation at Duke University.

Dr. Mohan started his career working for multiple healthcare organizations throughout the Cleveland metroplex and eventually co-founded ARC Psychiatry, a multi-clinic organization servicing northeast Ohio. He also currently serves as an Executive Director of ARC Psychiatry.

Dr. Mohan is a member of The American Medical Association, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the American Psychiatric Association. He provides medication management for adults 18 years of age and older, utilizing various methods and innovative service lines to address a variety of mental health conditions.

Vincent Morra has over 35 years of healthcare experience. Before joining ARC Health, Vince served 11 years as President of the North Division at Alteon Healthcare where he led a team of over 800 physicians and 400 advanced practice providers. Prior to that, Mr. Morra spent 24 years with NES Healthcare Group in various leadership positions, including serving as CEO for 10 years. Mr. Morra's leadership and industry experience has propelled him to lead multiple initiatives in business development, customer retention, and revenue cycle management for both hospital and community-based practices. Mr. Morra also serves on multiple community boards.

Christopher Pizzi is a CPA and financial executive with a career spanning more than 25 years with both private equity backed and publicly traded companies across the healthcare, professional services, and financial services industries. Mr. Pizzi has spent the last 18 years with companies that deliver healthcare and staffing services, most recently where he served as EVP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at SCP Health, a premier provider of outsource healthcare solutions.

Prior to that, Mr. Pizzi served as CFO and Treasurer of Alteon Health, a leading healthcare provider group, and as CFO and Treasurer at Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRN), a publicly traded healthcare staffing and workforce solutions company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pizzi held senior level finance and accounting roles at other publicly traded companies such as Health Management Associates, Inc. (NYSE: HMA) and Pitney Bowes, Inc. (NYSE: PBI) in addition to audit and assurance roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Pizzi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and holds his CPA certificate from the State of Connecticut.

Originally from Connecticut, Mr. Pizzi relocated to Florida 20 years ago and now resides in south Florida where he enjoys traveling and boating with his family.

Dan is an experienced operations executive with a passion for leading organizations through dynamic periods of growth and change. Before joining ARC Health, Dan served as the Executive Vice President for Ursa Major, an aerospace company that produces rocket propulsion for commercial and government applications, where he oversaw the company’s government business sector, new product development and strategic growth initiatives, and communications and marketing.

Prior to joining Ursa Major, Dan served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he led teams of various sizes on multiple overseas deployments..

Dan holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree with honors in robotics and systems engineering and a minor in Arabic from the U.S. Naval Academy. Additionally, he holds a Master’s of Philosophy in social anthropology from the University of Oxford, where graduated with distinction as a William H.G. Fitzgerald Scholar.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Dan lives in Louisville, Colorado with his wife and two children.

Carla has worked in major hospital systems in the Western New York area for over twenty years in Human Resources leadership positions. Carla has overseen multiple areas of Human Resources including Employee and Labor relations, Corporate HR (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and Integrated Absence), and Talent Acquisition. She loves to solve problems and create great teams. Carla is a graduate of both the University at Buffalo and the Syracuse University College of Law.

Carla completed the Harvard Business School Club of Buffalo in Healthcare Management Development and has taught labor relations at Hilbert College. Carla is a trained mediator and has mediated family disputes as well as trained new mediators. Carla is a member of the NYSBA Labor and Employment Law Section, OPEN and Leadership Buffalo 2021, she is also a current Board member for the Erie County Cornell Cooperative Extension.

Carla lives just outside of Buffalo, NY near East Aurora with her family. East Aurora is known as the birthplace of the Roycroft Arts & Crafts movement and is home to international companies, such as Fisher-Price Toys. Carla and her family like to spend summers and long weekends on Chautauqua Lake, and enjoy fishing, boating, campfires, laughter and being together. Carla loves to garden, cook and entertain.

Andrew Lieto is a technology executive with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare. Prior to joining ARC Health, he was the VP of Information Technology at Alteon Health, a physician-owned multi-specialty medical group. He brings a passion for applying technological solutions to strategic organizational needs, particularly in the realm of data analytics. He holds a bachelor's degree of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.

Marcus Morosin serves as Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at ARC Health Partners, where he leads the company's acquisition strategy and oversees all aspects of the M&A process, including sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiations, and transaction execution.

Prior to ARC Health, Marcus served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at MODIS Dental Partners, where he helped build the company into a rapidly growing multi-state platform through strategic acquisitions. He previously held leadership roles at National Veterinary Associates (NVA), one of the world's largest healthcare consolidators, where he led the evaluation and execution of hundreds of healthcare practice acquisitions across the United States and Canada.

Marcus earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Zach McBride is a healthcare attorney and executive with nearly two decades of legal, compliance, and risk experience across provider, payer, digital health, and healthcare data organizations.  As General Counsel, he leads ARC Health's legal and corporate compliance functions and advises the Chief Executive Officer, executive leadership team, and Board on regulatory, governance, and partnership matters.

Before joining ARC Health, Zach served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Blue Health Intelligence, a national Blue Cross Blue Shield data analytics and consulting company, and as General Counsel and Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer of Solera Health, a digital health and specialty provider network platform.  Earlier in his career he was Associate General Counsel at Galileo Health and spent nearly a decade at Commonwealth Care Alliance, an integrated payer-provider organization, where he rose to Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel. He began his career as a litigator with Boston litigation firms.

Zach earned his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Management, with a minor in Finance, from Providence College. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

Zach lives in Sherborn, Massachusetts, with his wife and two young children.
